Re-commencement of work on all our development sites across Central London.

GMS are pleased to announce, that following comprehensive risk assessments, work on all our development sites across Central London has re-commenced.

We fully support the UK Government’s position to allow the construction and infrastructure industry – key to our economy and people’s daily lives – to continue operating where it can do so safely.

Pennybank Chambers & Cornwell House are now completed and ready for occupation. Mitre House will be completed by mid December, All three of the office schemes are designed to a high specification. Other projects including Bridge House, Queensway and Crastock Court are also progressing well and we look forward to announcing updates on these in due course.
