New Managing Director

We are very pleased to announce that we have appointed Tom Elliott, who joined us on 1^st May, to take over as Managing Director from 1^st June.

Tom worked at Knight Frank for 6 years before joining Land Securities in 2005 where he worked for 11 years leading the city portfolio team and more latterly as head of investment for London. In 2016 Tom was recruited to the role of Executive Director at McKay Securities Plc as a main Board Director responsible for the whole portfolio and their ESG strategy. Last year McKay sold their business to Workspace Group Plc.

Following this appointment, Tom Gibbon will continue as an Executive Director to assist with the handover and we are very grateful to Tom for agreeing to stay on in this role.
