Look what's cooking at The Sick Children's Trust

On Tuesday 18 July 2023, we were given the opportunity to have a ‘hands on’ experience and cook meals for the families of sick children looked after by Great Ormond Street Hospital. The Sick Children's Trust is one of the charities we support. It provides accommodation that allows parents to stay close to their sick child’s hospital bedside. The Sick Children’s Trust believes that keeping families together significantly improves the recovery of seriously ill children.

We shopped for the food and cooked three different main course dishes and two different desserts for twenty families staying at two of the Trust’s houses close to the Hospital.

It was a fun experience and something we will always remember.
