GMS announces lease agreement of new central London office development
We are delighted to announce the rental agreement of 15 Stukeley Street in Covent Garden to North American electronic cigarette conglomerate Juul
We are delighted to announce the rental agreement of 15 Stukeley Street in Covent Garden to North American electronic cigarette conglomerate Juul – the vaping brand’s debut flagship headquarters for its European operations.
The 12,650sq ft five-storey (including mezzanine) commercial property has recently completed a major refurbishment to provide Grade A office accommodation – designed by award-winning architect Emrys – and will now be occupied in its entirety by the California-based business.
Jason Smith, property director at GMS, said: “We are extremely proud of the recent refurbishment of 15 Stukeley Street and believe that by investing significantly in our properties, we will naturally continue to attract high calibre tenants such as Juul to both GMS and London.
“The principal ethos of GMS is to lead an innovative and dynamic approach in the maintenance of our properties, illustrated by the realisation of this exemplar office space in central London.
“Furthermore, this is a strong indication that businesses are themselves continuing to invest in London and we are naturally only delighted to welcome Juul to the GMS family.”
The announcement follows the recent lease agreement with popular North American coffee shop brand The Roasting Plant for our prominent London Bridge site, the Grade II listed Bridge House.
